Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it

  • Proof of purchase is required

Any items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return Process

To request a return, please email us at 100sideways@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
